UPS: We offer free shipping on orders over 70 Euros. For orders under 70 Euros, we charge a flat shipping fee of 6.50 Euros.
We typically ship with the delivery service provider UPS. Please register directly with UPS My Choice when placing your order to manage your package.

DHL: We charge a flat shipping fee of 6.50 Euros for every order.

The goods will reach you within 2 to 4
working days after ordering. As soon as your order leaves our
warehouse, you will receive a notification from us by e-mail.

We deliver exclusively within Germany via the online shop.

For international orders, please send an email to info@geiger-wein.de

We deliver in boxes of 3, 6, 12, 15, or 18. We would appreciate it if you would pay attention to the correct number of bottles when ordering.

For larger deliveries of 120 bottles or more, we ship by freight forwarding.

You can return your order to us within 14 days without stating a reason. The customer bears the cost of the return. Please refer to our Widerrufsbelehrung for further information.

Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Form

A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereas a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Weingut Geiger GbR, Oberdorfstraße 20, 76887 Oberhausen, Germany, Phone: 06343 3544, Email: info@geiger-wein.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2) Please do not return the goods freight collect.

3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
