The 2025 Harvest

The 2025 harvest was one of the fastest in our history. However, despite the excellent grape quality, there was a risk that the regular autumn rainfall could compromise it.

For this reason, we deliberately decided to expedite the harvest. With great effort and teamwork, the grapes were brought into the cellar as quickly and carefully as possible. This ensured that only healthy and aromatic grapes were processed.

Bottling the New Vintage

At the beginning of March 2026, we bottled a large part of our wine assortment. A mobile bottling plant comes directly to our winery for this, with which we fill bottle by bottle.

During the bottling days, real teamwork is required. Every move must be precise so that the wine gets into the bottle gently and cleanly. These days are particularly labor-intensive for us, but at the same time very exciting – because this is when the product we have worked on for a whole year in the vineyard and cellar finally goes into the bottle.

What's New? Our Seasonal Wines

This year, we have bottled a special wine series: our four seasonal wines – Spring Joy, Summer Mood, Autumn Gold, and Winter Moments.

Each of these wines reflects the mood of its season and invites you to consciously enjoy the moment. The wines are easily accessible, pleasantly fruity, and have a fine residual sweetness that makes them particularly uncomplicated and enjoyable to drink.

Whether it's the first warm rays of sun on the terrace, a relaxed summer evening, during the golden autumn days, or cozily by the fireplace in winter – our seasonal wines suit many occasions and make every moment a little more special.

What does the new vintage bring?

The 2025 vintage presents itself as a highly mature and high-quality vintage. The wines impress with a pleasant acid structure and appear full-bodied, ripe, and harmonious.

Thanks to the excellent ripening conditions in 2025, expressive wines with intense fruit and a beautiful balance are created, promising great drinking pleasure.
